Whoever made this joke was really a funny but sarcastic guy.
George Bush, Fidel Castro and Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (GMA) in hell.
Bush asked to call USA and talked for 5 minutes, the devil charged him $1 million for the call.
Castro calls Cuba for 30 minutes and is charged $6 million.
GMA called Philippines for 4 hours and is billed $5 only.
Bush and Castro go ballistic and asked the devil why the call of GMA is cheap. The devil smiled and replied, "Since GMA took over the Philippines, the country has gone to hell; so it was just a local call."
